I’ll tell you what they are doing; they are making moves, hard. Going here there and everywhere. Going to work, a play, a fancy restaurant, or to central park. All of this move making is obviously going to take a toll on the city. That is why the government aka the mayor and the governor are doing “all that they can” to make sure that the city stays clean and safe. They are doing this so that the residents as well as the commuters as well as the tourists keep spending money. Keep spending money in stores, restaurants, at shows, and every other which way is the ultimate goal. People who are always on the go are pretty much always in a rush.
