Partition of Hindustan was a crime.

The people who were responsible for the partition of Hindustan in 1947 should have been declared as criminals and they should have been tried under the criminal law of the nations because this partition  was responsible for the killing of about 8,00,000people and it must be accepted that at least 11,00,00,000 people had been forced to migrate to unknown places.  All the penal codes prescribed in the world if join together, they are not in a position to prescribe a suitable punishment for such criminals.  The people who caused this partition were having knowledge and information that they had committed a grave crime and therefore, they tried to ignore this episode and it is on record that the history of both India and Pakistan are silent on this episode and no smark has been constructed in both these countries reminding us of this episode and in all  the history books names of those are written who actually did nothing and somehow could capture seats of power and got entries in all the pages of history of this period.  All those who had been hanged, had been gunned down, had been tortured, had been fired, had been sent to kalepaani or had been imprisoned for life have been ignored.

The people faced genocides on both the sides, but the people who were responsible had been exonerated and had been decorated as freedom fighters of the first rate.  But still the people believe that the natural law shall function one day and all these people shall be tried and punished.  God shall not spare the people who caused killings at such alarge scale and that is the reason the countries which are established on the heaps of dead bodies had been cursed and they could not live peacefully after this partition.  They are in direct wars and they are also busy in indirect wars and they are still killing people and this killing shall continue till the guilties are tried and punished.
