If you're looking for a way to get divorced quickly and without a hassle? If you're looking for an amicable and legally valid divorce, then consider an international divorce. VIPDivorce.com provides all of the information you need to a faster, simpler and cheaper divorce - just like the celebrities do.
Most people think of a divorce as a long, drawn out and very costly process. While in many cases this is true, it doesn’t have to be. If your split from your spouse is an amicable one, and the divorce in uncontested, then you may want to look into getting a por vapor divorce.
Also known as an international divorce, the por vapor divorce was approved in the Dominican Republic in 1971. Most law offices won’t recommend or even mention this type of divorce to you, because to do so would cause them to lose out on the various consultation and legal fees that they collect when you go to them instead. An international divorce is very quick, easy to obtain, and much more affordable than other divorce options. Ever wonder how many celebrities are able to get divorced quickly, without much fuss? A por vapor divorce is probably the answer.
There are a few requirements in order to obtain one. First, you cannot be a citizen of the Dominican Republic. Second, you’ll have to have certain documents that clearly outline the agreement between you and your soon to be ex-spouse. A quick search or inquiry will let you know exactly what documents these need to be. If only one of you is going to go – yes, only one person has to be present instead of both of you – then you’ll need a power of attorney from the spouse that isn’t going to be present.
You’ll need to set up your court date ahead of time, so you’ll want to request an audience with a judge as soon as you’ve decided to go this route. As long as everything is in order, after your audience with the judge your agreement will be approved, and the divorce will be granted. No need for numerous hearings or dragged out meetings. An international divorce is quick and painless, and often costs far less than what you’d spend if you went the normal route for your divorce. Afterwards, you can even enjoy a few extra days relaxing in the Caribbean if you’re so inclined, since you’re already there.
Don’t make your divorce take any longer than it has to. The sooner it’s finalized and everything’s over with, the sooner you can move on with your life. If you and your spouse agree that things aren’t working out and consent to the divorce, then an international divorce can be the perfect solution for you.
