It was the 21st glorious anniversary of the Suvidha tradition of honouring individual distinguished achievers with the prestigious Suvidha Gaurav trophy awards. Coinciding on the auspicious Gudi Padva/ Cheti Chand day between 6.30 pm to 10 pm at the Khar Gymkhana grounds.

Over the past two decades, a large galaxy of Bollywood & TV celebrities have personally received the prestigious award, including late Sunil Dutt, Amitabh Bachchan, Shatrughan Sinha, Govinda, Ajay Devgan, John Abraham, Bappi Lahiri, music composer Pritam, Shveta Salve, Jatin-Lalit among others.

At a glittering ceremony on Sunday night the awards was handed out to top ranking police officers, TV celebs, Models, Directors, singers, media (electronic & print) personalities, a media strategist and other professional achievers. More than 3000 eyes witnessed the gala event .

The winners were Director Divya Khosla Kumar, Shivaji Satam, Anusha Sameer Gill from Naarad, Tina Hussain, Maushmi Udeshi, Amit Jain, Ankur Nayyar, Kumar Mohan (Complete Cinema), Inspector Sonawane, Shweta Keswani, Jennifer Mayani and many more.

Shanker Lalwani, Chairman ---Suvidha Foundation said that he was more than happy to hounour every one on stage with trophies. "I wish everyone a Happy New Year, Happy Cheti Chand and a happy Gudi Padwa," beamed the well known Lalwani.
