<h1>Each country must write off terrorism</h1>Author: <a title="Dalip Wasan." href="http://www.articlesbase.com/authors/dalip-wasan./28942.htm">Dalip Wasan.</a>     Each country must write off terrorism              When we talk that all the nations must join and finish this terrorism, we are not going on the right directions because there are some countries which are free of terrorism and there are some countries which are facing constant terrorism from inside and also from outside.  The countries which are in grip of terrorism must finish this themselves and no other country shall be able to help them.               We the people of India are facing terrorism since 1947 because the partition process was not a war, but it was terrorism of its own kind.  And if we say that this partition gave birth to terrorism in this sub continent, it is a right version because lakhs of people had been killed and crores had to migrate to unknown places and none has been punished.  We must admit that there had been people who were responsible for this partition, but they had not been identified nor those people had been tried for causing this mass genocide.             After this partition of India, we got this Kashmir problems and this problem allowed to continue terrorism of partition and firstly they had been giving us troubles in Kashmir, then in the state of Punjab and now these terrorists are available in all parts of India because some people are there in this country who are giving all types of help to the terrorists coming from abroad.  They are providing them boarding and lodging, men, money, arms and ammunition, local information and then hiding places after the operation.  And that is the reason, now these foreign terrorists could opeate in in any part of India.            We must accept that some other countries are also establishing their outfits in India and they are Bodos, Nagas and the Naxals and we have seen that these people too have arms, ammunition, men, areas of operation and they too are creating all types of  disturbance for us and we are not in a position to write them off.  When we talk of negotiations with those people, it clearly means that we are a weak party.  We should not talk with terrorists because they are criminals, no one should have talks with criminals.  Criminals must be dealt with as per law of the land.  And every country shall have to think over this matter and shall have to work all alone.  Therefore, we, the people of India must understand that all talks with Pakistan have failed and there are dangers from Pakistan side till today.    No other country shall be able to help us and even Pakistan shall not help us because all terrorists are its own production.  Pakistan is facing difficulties at its own soil, but at the same time, we must see that such instances in Pakistan shall not be a relief to us.  An other set of people are standing at the border and shall be crossing over to India for taking part in their own activities which have been entrusted to them.            The people of India must help the government in locating those who are from India and are affording all help to the terrorists coming from abroad and the state must take timely action against them.  We must believe that till local help is available, terrorists coming from abroad cannot operate in a strange country.                                      Dalip Singh Wasan, Advocate                    District Courts, Patiala-Punjab-India                          About the Author: already givenArticle Source: <a href="http://www.articlesbase.com/">ArticlesBase.com</a> - <a href="http://www.articlesbase.com/news-and-society-articles/each-country-must-write-off-terrorism-1391726.html" title="Each country must write off terrorism">Each country must write off terrorism</a>
