Iran February 11 Warfare!
February 11 is the anniversary of Iran's Islamic revolution and sparks could fly both in the country and outside of it. Much like Hugo Chavez who likes to make bold proclamations to the world to gain attention, Ahmadinejad is setting himself up to be the man in the news for the next ten days. Things might not work out for his benefit, but who can tell him anything?
On Thursday Iran hanged of two dissidents, Mohammad Reza Ali Zamani and Arash Rahmani Pour, for allegedly plotting to topple the Islamic regime after Iran's election dispute broke out in June. Insiders see the hangings as an attempt to keep people away from demonstrating and taking away the spot light from President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad. The opposition though are not backing down, at least not now.
We still have ten days to go though.
Opposition heads on Saturday implicitly called for demonstrations on the February 11 anniversary of Iran's Islamic revolution, as the Revolutionary Guards warned that any such protest will be crushed. Mir Hossein Mousavi and Mehdi Karroubi, who have spearheaded protests against President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad, met on Saturday and invited supporters to demonstrate on the anniversary day, Karroubi's website Sahamnews.org said.
Hundreds of thousands of Iranians march each year to mark the revolution which toppled the pro-Western shah but this year's event is expected to turn into another stage for anti-government protests.
Ahmadinejad said he plans to update the public on Iran’s nuclear achievements and the production of enriched uranium. “We will give a good news regarding the production of nuclear fuel to 20 percent and this news is so sweet that it will please all the Iranian people,” Ahmadinejad was quoted as saying by the official Islamic Republic News Agency. I am sure that Israel will be delighted too. NOT!
Meanwhile, the US is dispatching Patriot defensive missiles to four countries – Qatar, United Arab Emirates, Bahrain and Kuwait – and keeping two ships in the Gulf capable of shooting down Iranian missiles. Washington is also helping Saudi Arabia develop a force to protect its oil installations. Take note that none of this is going to bode well for the stock market and it's greatly in need of good news after last week.
We shall see how all of this plays out as February opens up!

Japan's bureaucracy and old system is said to be responsible for this turmoil. The immigration to Japan may alleviate the situation, but that is not available on the larger scale. Japanese called 150000 people but only 68000 were reported to immigrate to Japan two years ago. An interesting fact is that the people of Japan themselves do not want Japan to become a global power. They wish their internal stability economic and political.

The capital investment of china is increasing in Sri Lanka and Pakistan. China is cooperating in defense systems with Pakistan too. It is becoming more and more difficult for Japan to tackle Chinese ascendance.
Amidst this seemingly tight security and threat, thousands of innocent souls have lost their lives to the annihilation called terrorism.
The most extreme example is when Newt Gingrich made the statement that if we allow the mosque to be built near Ground Zero, it would be like allowing Nazi's to build a center near a Holocaust museum. Wow!
