There are ways to determine the free-radical activities. There are sophisticated free-radical test conducted at laboratories. Recently, there is also free-radical home-test kit available. A home test is much more convenient and economical to do for most people.

Vitamin A, C and E are also known as potent anti-oxidants taken by many to fight free radicals in our body. If you are taking these anti-oxidant supplements and do not know how much you are enough, you may be excreting expensive urine! You can stop wasting by just doing a monthly free-radical test. A home-test will be able to serve the purpose of measuring if your anti-oxidant supplementation regime is effective.

Ideally, a free radical test should be conducted once a month for healthy standard. A biweekly test is recommended for serious to boarder line case. Take charge of your health and have regular free radical test and sufficient anti-oxidant supplementation regime.
