Believe it or not your muscles do not grow during the workout but during the resting period. This is why rest is so important. With heavy weights you are putting your muscles through more trauma than you would with lower weights.
These are very important things that you will want to do when you are trying to build muscle mass fast. Anyone can figure this out if they just educate themselves about bodybuilding.
You want to do this right from the start so you do not waste your time and you will get the results that you want. You will not be disappointed if you do these three things. Before you know it you will be seeing the muscles you want.
