can a adult adopt another adult he is 82 and i am 49 ,i have took care of him for the last 10 yrs he is like my father but i have no wrights if he gets sick,  he has 1 son who doesnt come to see himbut 3 times a year they had a dissagrement 13 yrs ago im afraid he will put him in a nursing home instead of taking care of him .

Housed at 144 Main Street, OCES originally leased and occupied 10,000 sq ft of space. Now, the fast growing agency’s offices occupy more than 21,000 sq ft, or almost 60 percent of the entire building. The rest of the building is leased to other businesses, most of which are also non-profits.
