A List Of Alkaline Foods Can Enrich Your Health In A Week

Get a good list of alkaline foods to help you balance the pH of your body. Alkaline is the natural balance of our body. When we take in acidic foods we become acidic ourselves. This will make us sick. A list of alkaline foods will help you keep track of your food intake, so that you can avoid destructive and acidic foods. With a balanced inner terrain, you will be healthier and full of energy that you thought you never had before.

Since turning 31 I never thought that I would be so unhealthy. When I was younger I used to be into a lot of sports. I was not the greatest athlete but sports did well for my health. Now, I can't even walk up and down the stairs of my apartment without difficulty. I of course attributed all this feeling of low energy to job-related-stress. I consulted my doctor and he told me that I must use a list of alkaline foods to keep track of my diet.

I thought that it was a ridiculous concept. So I did not bother to eat alkaline foods at all. All I did was take some multivitamins and I tried to exercise. It did me no good. I still felt low on energy, I still felt sick and tired always, I still felt the aches and pains in my joints and muscles, I still can't perform my job as well as when I was younger. Since I did not have any alternative left, I tired to eat alkaline foods. Here are some of the steps I did to regain my health back.

1. I tried to eat alkaline foods with the help of an alkaline food list. The first thing I did was to put lemon or lime on my water to alkalize it. The lemon and lime are great for alkalizing the water and when you take in the alkalized water, the pH in your body will balance itself. This alone can give you energy in just under a week. Imagine what a full blown alkaline diet can do for your health.

2. I ate fruits and vegetables. Eating fruits and vegetables are great to get natural vitamins and minerals. Not only that, they are also great at cleansing your body of toxins. Fruits and vegetables are also great sources of alkaline that can balance the pH of your body.

3. I quit all my unhealthy habits like smoking and drinking. Remember, excessive drinking can cause liver cancer among other things. Smoking can cause lung cancer among other lung related diseases. Just imagine the health boost that quitting these unhealthy habits will have on you.
