Coming from a family of 6 being the youngest, I grew up with overweight and obese parents and siblings', struggling with weight issues myself. Moving on with my life, my first son was diagnosed with ADHD. We tried six different drugs and nothing seemed to help. At that point I began to research other alternatives and by doing so I began to learn a lot about the human body and its functionality.
Today after being in the health, nutrition and weight loss industry for eight years, I have learned that most issues including weight loss stem back to the body itself and proper nutrition. Over the years I have seen so many theories, programs and bogus information that all ultimately lead to failure. I feel people deserve to know the truth!
