- Speed up your metabolism by eating 5 small meals a day
- Reduce the stress in your life - high stress levels reduce a hormone, Cortisol, which tells your brain that you are hungry & you will therefore eat more when you're under stress
- Do Yoga - the benefits are huge not least of all reducing your level of stress
- Embark on an exercise program - a brisk 10 minute walk, 3 time a week for the sedentary or running 30 minutes a day 3 times a week for the more active. This program can obviously be adjusted according to your level of fitness, but the point is to raise your heart rate on a regular basis will help burn calories & lose weight.
- Replace full cream products for fat free products like milk and yogurt - do this every time & you will be rewarded with fat reduction - oh and cut out the latte's & cappuccino coffees.
- Replace carbonated drinks (soda & pop) with water - this is an obvious one that has great overall benefits.
I am sure you will agree that the above weight loss plan is no big deal but if you stick to it religiously you should definitely start reaping the rewards with a new leaner, meaner body.
