The very title of this article…Train your brain to think like a thin person…is one that makes you think…Could I do that…would that work for me…How is that possible…Can you train your brain to think like a thin person…Is it possible many…questions can be asked…But dose it work..
I going to answer the last one…The simple answer is YES it dose…You can train your brain to think like a thin person…How do I know this: Well! In the UK were I am based the people here are regarded as being very sceptical! So any new way of doing something is always treated with a lot of caution. Its I suppose the way we are taught from birth…The key word here is Taught…what you are taught when you are young becomes your believes…Which are set deep in your subconscious mind…So what happens when you need to…Make your mind up about something you draw on your believes, whether or not they are right or wrong.
The subconscious mind becomes your data base for how you think and feel about yourself and your life…What’s Wright what’s wrong...etc...etc…When it comes to food…Most of us are taught to…Always clear your plate…Don’t be wasteful…There are people staving in the world…etc..etc. You know the sort of stuff! So what we need to do is change the data in our subconscious mind…Re-train your brain to think like a thin person, Instead of one that has to eat everything that’s put in front of them. Sounds easy enough don’t you think! And it is.
- So how can you train your brain to think like a thin person…There are a few ways…One in particular stands out for me…NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming) a form of hypnotherapy…NLP is now widely accepted in the medical world as a treatment. And has a proven track record not just for dieting but varied brain related disorders…In my work I recommend NLP to clients and friends…I have witnessed the success that it achieves when used in place of a regular type diet…Particularly in the case of Yo-Yo dieters…The lasting affects of a targeted NLP program when used to train your brain to think like a thin person has worked so well for the women that I have introduced to a suitable NLP program.
If you are a Yo-Yo dieter or maybe just have a problem sticking to with a diet, I recommend that you look into NLP as a permanent solution to your dieting problem it can train your brain to think like a thin person.
