So you have heard all about the Lemon Cayenne Pepper Detox Drink, but you don't know how to make it. Maybe you know how to make it, but you don't know the exact amounts of each ingredient in the drink. The ingredients and the amounts of each ingredient are very crucial in the recipe, and following the recipe exactly will prove to maximize the results of your detox.
The first ingredient is 10 oz of filtered water, or more if you like. You can't drink have too much water in the drink, so if you can add more or less to taste. Bottled water is not 100% pure, as it can be just processed tap water.
The second ingredient of the lemon cayenne pepper detox drink is 2 tablespoons of lemon juice. You should use organic, fresh lemons and freshly squeeze them. Freshly squeezed juice is ideal, but if you don't want to squeeze your own lemons, you can also use natural, organic lemon juice.
The third ingredient is 2 tablespoons organic, grade B maple syrup. You should try to stay away from your normal pancake syrup as it contains a lot of added sugar. You want to use pure, organic maple syrup with as little additives as possible.
The last ingredient is ground cayenne pepper, 1/10 of a teaspoon. Most people believe the pepper will make the drink taste bad. The lemon juice and maple syrup do a very good job of masking the taste of the pepper.
The lemon cayenne pepper detox drink is very easy to make, and the ingredients can be found at any grocery store. With this recipe, you will be able to start your lemon cayenne pepper detox diet.
