How to Use Hoodia Gordonii Correctly

I would like to pass on my knowledge and experience and bring some light into the whole materia.

The feedback I get from the clients is absolutely positive, but if you look on the internet and in the press, you find many reports and articles about rip off and scam. Why is there such a discrepancy between the satisfied users and the rest?

In my opinion, there are different reasons for unsatisfied customers. There are differences between Hoodias. At http://www.hoodia-diet-shop.co.uk, we are selling absolutely 100 % pure Hoodia Gordonii. Only pure Hoodia guarantees the desired effect and I think that not every offer on the internet is Pure Hoodia. So, many of the scams and rip-off-reports might have to do something with pure or not pure.

Pure Hoodia Gordonii contains a molecule, called P57. This molecule fools your brain into believing that you are already full, although you ate only little or nothing. This leads to a lower calorie intake and consequently, to less weight. Now, ONLY pure Hoodia Gordonii contains this chemical compound and therefore it is mandatory to use only PURE Hoodia, because the molecule is the important ingredient. A 1000 milligrams capsule, containing 750 mg of rice powder and only 250 mg of dried Hoodia naturally has less P57 than a capsule with 450 mg Pure dried Hoodia.

Therefore, if you want to buy and use Hoodia, please make sure that you buy PURE Hoodia Gordonii. Respectable companies have a certificate of an independent laboratory, such as in our analysis certificate.

Reason number two for unsatisfied clients is very simple: people do not follow rules! To get the full benefits out of Hoodia Gordonii, you have to take it in a certain way. Clearly marked on the bottle, it says: take Hoodia Gordonii about one hour before every meal and drink a big glass of water. Quite simple, one should think!

Well, one couldn’t be more wrong. WITH the meal - AFTER the meal - in the morning - without water - only before dinner, but not before lunch - only before lunch, but not before dinner - before going to bed, are just some ways of consuming Hoodia Gordonii, which I encountered, when i spoke to unhappy customers.

Hoodia Gordonii is the simple way, to lose weight and you need, contrary to many other diets, just a little bit of self-discipline and self-control. Take 1 or 2 capsules of Pure Hoodia Gordonii about one hour before every main meal and drink a large glass of water with it - that’s the simple order one has to follow. One does not do this - Hoodia does not work!

Reason three for “not working Hoodia” is that people are not listening to their body anymore. Eating is a necessity, to give the body back the energy which he uses up during the day. Similar to a motor, which needs gasoline, the human body needs calories. To get these calories, we have to eat. The body tells us, when he needs calories, by letting us “be hungry”. This is the sign to take in calories and the body again tells us, when it is enough, by not being hungry anymore.

Now, Hoodia Gordonii works by fooling the brain into “being full”. That means, the body does not send the signal “hungry, need calories”. And this means: STOP EATING!!!!! Exactly here starts the problem. Today we do not know the real feeling of hunger anymore, because in our civilization, food is always available and in most cases, we eat because “it is time”, not because we are hungry. But it is mandatory for a successful Hoodia Gordonii diet that one starts listening to this feeling again. “Hungry” - you eat, “not hungry” you stop at once!!!

All calories which you take in when you are not hungry, will be stored by the body - as fat! This is the reserve for “hard times”. If you do not eat when you are not hungry, the body has nothing to store and your weight stays the same. If you use Hoodia Gordonii in the right way, your brain will send the signal “not hungry” already, when actually your body would need some more calories. But you stopped eating, so the body has to take the needed calories from the “storage”, which means, the body starts using the stored calories. And that’s how you lose weight!

The moment you are feeling full, stop the intake of food! Do not “just finish the plate”, do not “just have a dessert”, do not “try this cake”. NOT HUNGRY - DO NOT EAT! Thats actually how simple and logical it is.

Summing up, I would like to say that Hoodia Gordonii is an effective way of dieting. Weight loss with Hoodia is dead simple, if one just follows these three simple rules:

1. Only use PURE Hoodia Gordonii! Ask for independent certificates.

2. Take Hoodia Gordonii up to one hour BEFORE every meal and drink a large glass of water. The capsule has to dissolve.

3. “Not Hungry - Not Eating”! Listen to your body! You are not feeling hungry - do not eat!!!
