Come college, Ellen battle for another weight gain of 20 lbs making her a 160 pound 5 feet lady.

With all these happening in her life, Ellen began to realize that she has to do something about her weight. The last years of her college life is a defining moment for her as she embraced the idea of moderate eating, low carbohydrates and low fat foods.
