Is Emotional Eating Keeping You Fat? Get Rid of Emotional Eating and Lose Weight?

Do you feel like eating some thing even after you have taken the main course? Most people think that they feel hungry after 1-2 hours of taking the main course. But this is not really physical hunger. This is referred to as Emotional Hunger.

Most people choose food as per their mood at a particular time. Depending on what they feel at a particular moment they choose sugary foods or any kind of food that would sooth their feelings and make them feel comfortable.

This is really bad for an over weight person, who is trying his or her gut out to Lose Weight for a big event in his or her life. It can be that this particular person needs to lose 20-30lbs before their wedding day, which is fast approaching or any other big event in their lives. Focusing on that particular event can give a psychological advantage in losing that extra fat.

One of the main reasons for emotional eating is the massive amount of stress we accumulate in our lives each day. We may think that we are eating because of hunger, where as actually we are running away from our bad feelings. Our natural tendency is to avoid feeling the so called bad feelings and we use food as a cover up. But as you can see it is very harmful if you are determined to lose weight.

Losing weight should be done systematically, according to a set plan, using the right food in the right amount and taken at the right time. Cleansing your bowels of parasites can skyrocket your weight loss efforts and help you lose weight in the least possible time.

In order to achieve your goal of losing weight in a short time, you need to identify and be aware of your eating habits. Just observe your eating patterns and determine if you are actually hungry or just trying to avoid feeling a bad feeling. If you are full and still want to eat, check your mental state and see how you feel at that particular moment.

If you feel bad, just say to your self, "It is ok, I allow my self to feel this bad feeling" and just be with that feeling. Do not try to runaway from that feeling, because the more you runaway the more you bury that feeling in your subconscious. People think that when we feel a negative feeling that we may be negative for the rest of our lives. What a myth, the more you feel your negative feelings, the more you release their power over you.

So if you want to lose weight using a systematical plan. You must identify and stop your emotional eating right now.
