The Three Big Whys you should not follow easy diets to lose weight fast.
Gradual Depression
Sweet foods and drinks when properly digested, will be reduced to saline hence influencing our blood’s pH level to those of more alkaline nature. This effect in turn sustains the body system, increases vigor and also influences happiness levels. The alkaline blood also helps lubricate the joints of bones and keep them working properly. Most of these diets to lose weight will often advise you not to take sweet stuffs. That’s why you ended up in a depressing situation. The ideal diet is to at least include some sweet stuff in it, and not abstaining totally from it.
Physical problems
Eating a totally different diet at once may cause the body to react in a negative way. Its like forcing a panda to start eating sugarcane instead of bamboo. Its both edible, but the body’s digestive system is not as flexible as you think. Choosing the wrong diets to lose weight might end up damaging your brain, leading to acidic levels of blood, runny nose, skin problems, short temper, falling of hair and even in worst cases: Sexual weakness. Start observing yourself for these details. If the conditions are there, then it may be time to stop your diet and find a more suitable one.
Weariness and exhaustion
In our daily diet it is necessary to maintain a proper balance. Medical science has proven that the larger the variety of all-rounded food we take in, the better our immunity systems will be. One such study concludes that the optimal diet that we should be taking is roughly 65% consisting of cereals and grains like wheat, rice, millets etc. and the other balance consisting of dairy products, vegetables, dry fruits etc. If your current diet do not consist of the above, then what you will start to experience gradually is growing levels of fatigue.
