http://www.slimmingactionimproved.com NewScientist 23rd August 2008.
Obesity is commonly called the ailment of the modern era. It results from the accumulation of fat to an extent of 23-30% of the total body weight, and brings with it various kinds of diseases such as diabetes, heart attack, difficult breathing, thrombosis, slow movement etc.
The most common treatment is to induce a slimming strategy either thorough consumption of food of low calorific content, or taking a medication that because enhanced fat burning capacity, lean muscle mass increase, or else decreasing the person’s appetite... This should also be complemented by regular physical training exercise
Food of low calorific content are essentially vegetative in nature, save some fruits which may have a high sugar content such as apples, bananas, dates etc..Salads made of herbal vegetative parts are ideal, though controlled amounts of starches and sugar containing substitutes can be taken, together with a protein source.
The urge of food consumption in certain individuals signals unheeded body malfunction, and needs careful health risk assessment and medication.
Recent technology however, has shown that some obesity occur through malfunction of certain gene factors such as Ad-36,called E4OBF-1.which causes precursor cells to differentiate into fat cells
Another recent study has shown that the common ear infections can increase the chances of boosting fat accumulation. Ear infections may damage a nerve the chorda tympani, which is stimulated at the front of the tongue, and passes through the middle ear to the brain. It is involved in creaminess awareness of food. Hence damage of the nerve increases the odds of obesity in later life. The study has shown that those who suffered from ear infections were twice as likely to be obese compared to those with no such history; and are fatter by 18% than others... They consume more pleasurable creamy food than others... The said nerve normally inhibits some of the creamy sensations of fatty foods, as part of a natural defense system for over consumption of these foods. Hence the nerve damage will lower this sensation. It is just possible, in future to cure this ailment in constructive surgery if need be.
In spite of all this, one should not give up in taking real consideration in slimming protocols, either through wise medication or extensive exercise. Perhaps the intake of drugs that produce increasing metabolism, while reducing appetite is actually warranted and should be taken into consideration. It is even more helpful and desirable for a normal person of moderate weight. to exercise the same trend in feeding. Other drugs that promote healthy fat loss such as Health SlimTM, Forslean, Bioperene and others of known none-after side effects can be exploited as well.
