Protein ensures faster muscle growth and protects the muscles

Whey protein is a valuable supplement. An important factor is playing in the amount of protein you gain from food. Some people like vegetarians and people don't eat a lot off meat gain to little protein from their nutrition. Many weight trainers use too much protein. A general guideline is 1.3 to 1.8 grams of protein per kilogram of body weight. Of course this varies from person to person, depending on body type, training intensity ect.
A study conducted among 36 men gave a remarkable result. The 36 men were divided into 3 groups. The first group received a placebo, the second group took a whey protein supplement and the third group took daily both whey protein and creatine. The 2nd group showed a greater muscle mass than the record first, but the last group showed the best results.
Both muscle mass and muscle strength will be increase the most in about 6 weeks strength training combined with whey protein and creatine.
Whey protein exist 25%  out of amino acids, all essential amino acids comes in large quantities. Amino acids are important for the body and ensure better protection of the muscle tissue, improved physical performance, a fast recovery after training and improving the immune system.
It also contains a high content of glutamic acid. This glutamic acids are largely converted to glutamine
