I tried this program and it was okay nothing special. The information in STF was nothing new and it is information that has been out there for many years. A program that I really love is ABS IQ www.absiq.com . Abs IQ was developed by Bogumil Gizewski who is a highly respected trainer and nutritionist. In 12 weeks on this program I went from 27% body fat down all the way to only 13% body fat.
