Jon Benson's Every Other Day Diet or The EODD for short is a diet based on calorie cycling. The EODD diet claims to achieve significant weight loss by providing an eating plan that employs daily meal plans that are lean protein and then punctuating them with high calorie feed days where you can go out and eat burgers and fries if you wish. The EODD diet has a pretty good track record and there is no reason you shouldn't lose weight if you follow the plan faithfully and with feed days it shouldn't be all that hard. The only drawback to the EODD diet system would be for those who want to lose weight quickly. There is an EODD 21 lbs in 21 day section to this diet, but realistically you should expect to average between 1 to 2 lbs a week.
