All people wants to live a healthy lifestyle, but a lot of people don't even know that foods that they're eating is actually the ones killing them. Exercise is one thing, but healthy diet is another key element to achieve a healthy body. Below are some unhealthy foods that you may want to at least reduce your intake as they are the top foods that will kill your from inside out.
Lunch Meat, Smoked Meat, Hot Dogs, Bacon, Sausage
All these meats aren’t quality unlike lean cut meats since they are processed artificially. Cured meats contain artificial preservatives like sodium, nitrites and mixtures of fillers. Don’t be fooled by a small strip of bacon, it contains around 130 calories and 13 grams of fat and contains Nitrites, carcinogenic substances that causes cancer. These type of foods contains too much Sodium, too much of these can lead to heart disorders while fillers contains chemicals that are harmful to our digestions.
Deep Dish Pizza
Pizza, who doesn’t love eating them. Unfortunately, it is far from healthy, especially if you go with the meat lovers’ version, which is a smorgasbord of processed meats: sausage, pepperoni, ham, Canadian bacon, and bacon. In addition, pizza is full of sodium, fat, and refined flour dough. All these substances means a high calorific meal that will surely convert to fat that will go straight inside your beloved belly and thighs.
Ice Cream
The all time favorite Ice Cream is another food jam-packed with unhealthy substances like calories, fat, sugar and dairies which is unhealthy for our health. Probably Ice cream is inclided in the top list of being the most unhealthiest food of all. Aside from that, Ice cream also contains artificial colors and flavoring, harmful preservatives, emulsifiers and stabilizers. Sum it all up and Ice cream falls on the list of the leading cause of obesity and tops the list of the most unhealthy foods on the planet.
White Bread, Pasta
Like refined white sugar, White bread and pasta doesn’t even have a shred of nutritional value for our body. It really isn’t the bread, however, it is the type of bread. White flour, the main ingredient to white bread is similar to corn syrup and white sugar, mostly made of refined carbohydrate, this equals NO NUTRITIONAL VALUE AND EMPTY CALORIES. When picking breads, go for Whole grain types, much better if you go with Sprouted grain types such as Ezekiel and Genesis branded ones. Keep in mind not to choose breads that are white in color, enriched or even bleached.
Sugary Breakfast Cereals, Candy
This is a great way to poison America’s youth and have them start out their day with barely any nutrition at all. The all time favorite breakfast of kids, Cereal is made of white sugar packed in a colorful box but thanks to great advertising, the catch is that it’s full of vitamins and minerals to start the day. In reality, those advertisement are full of crap just to sell their products. Basically, any major brand of sweetened cereal is simply vitamin-fortified sugar. Remember if you’re going to buy one, at least carefully inspect the label for whole grain types and keep in mind to avoid white flour and fructose corn syrup enriched ones. One good brand to look out for is Kashi, since this one is fiber enriched and much healthier than other brands. Another all sugar type of food is candies, it does you no good aside from messing your hormone levels and fat burning capabilities.
Vegetable Oil, Shortening, Margarine
I hope you’re not even thinking of eating this type of food by themselves. You’ll mostly see this substance used in fried and baked foods and mostly made up of trans fats. I’m sure some of you haven’t even heard this Trans fat before, well this kind of fat wont just cause you to gain tons of weight, but also punish you with different kinds of disease and illness like heart diseases, different kinds of cancer, joint inflammation and arthritis, rapid aging and other kind of self induced diseases.
