  1. Drink 1 large glass of water immediately every morning and ½ - 1 gallon throughout the day. But don't drink tap water as it is loaded with chlorine, fluoride and other contaminates. As fat people are dehydrated, it is recommended to consume spring water for the best.
  2. Regular walk at a slow steady pace for one hour per day reset the body's weight set point, making people thin and lean. Do it for 1 hour nonstop outside. Slow, don't overexert yourself; the rhythm movement is the key.
  3. Use extra virgin raw coconut oil as your fat of choice in cooking.  Take 2 tsp every day is proven to stimulate metabolism, help release fat cells, and improve digestion.
  4. Cleaning the colon is very important for weight loss and good health. Losing 5 to 20 of excess weight can be obtained by colon cleansing, because it means better absorption of nutrients, improved digestion, increased energy and mental clarity and an improvement of health in general. You can take a colon cleanse product during this phase. Better hormonal can be achieved.
  5. Grapefruit and Apples will help regulate blood sugar, reduce appetite, and increase cleansing of the liver, colon, and gallbladder, reduce food craving. Take a minimum of two organic of them daily.
  6. Take 1 tbs of raw organic apple cider vinegar three times a day to stimulate the metabolism and cleansing of the internal organs. It helps release stored fat cells.
  7. Drink a minimum of 1 cup of green tea per day to stimulate cleansing of the cells, helps regulate hunger and increases metabolism.

The most important thing that you get is you never gain the weight back If you are truly want to increase metabolism, eliminate food cravings, lower hunger, release secured problem are fat deposits. You will be proud you did!
