This is because the impact of a good image is vital to sell your product and they know the payment you give them is worth the investment or no one would pay. Images drive buying items as people are influenced more by images than text.
However this is not only restricted online, print businesses like magazines and journals also require more and more images and turn to the net to find them more and more to break free of the large photographic monopolies they are used to dealing with.
So if you can be a little creative or know how to pick a good angle (business wise and photographic!) then you could turn you digital camera into a tool to get you free of your boring 9-5 job and make a work at home online career with ever increasing opportunities!
