Make Money Online As An Affiliate Today - Learn To Start Your Own Online Affiliate Business

Would you like to make money online as an affiliate today?  Starting your own affiliate business is a difficult process.  But if you have the determination to see your new online affiliate business be profitable, you could succeed.  And the great thing about being an affiliate is that you could very well start making money today, if you set up your campaign right.

What is an affiliate?

How do I advertise my products?

That would be totally up to you.  There are two methods that I have used to generate a good consistent income.  But it really depends on how fast you want to start making money.

The first thing that you need to do is create a free web page or landing page for your consumers to land on.  This landing page will have relevant information about the product that I am selling and a link at the bottom that takes them from my page to the vendors’ sales page.  I use free blog to create my landing page.  I do not need to spend any money on a domain and hosting.

Now you need to decide how you are going to get your consumers to your landing page.

You could go the route of free article marketing.  What you do is to write 5 to 10 articles that have relevant information that are linked back to your landing page.  The article is published by free article directories and the major search engines will scan the articles for keywords and place them in their database and rank your article.  The consumer will search for a key word or phrase on the search engine and your article will be within the search results.  The consumer will read your article and if they like what they read, they will click on to your landing page and then on to the vendors page for the sale.  While this is a free method, it does take a little time for the article directories to view and approve your article to make sure that they are unique and within their guidelines.

Now if you want to start making money right away, you could use the pay-per-click method.  Sign-up for Google Adwords and create an advertisement to your landing page.  This does cost money, but if you have set up your landing page correctly, consumers will click through to the sales page and complete the sale.  Your advertisements will begin showing up in the right hand column of the search results and the consumer will click it for instant access to your landing page or vendors’ sales page.  This is the best way to start making money today.

I would suggest the free method for new affiliates until they get proficient with online marketing.  Any money that you make using free article marketing can be used to create higher sales volume on a pay-per-click campaign.
