2- Keep it simple. As always, the way to effectively communicate your message is to keep it simple and sweet. Don’t extend what you can say in a single sentence. The less time your target audience can comprehend your message, the faster it is for them to act on your offer.
3- Be grammatically correct. Be sure to have your message fall according to the correct grammar and spelling rules. Nothing can irritate a reader more than a grammatically incorrect sentence or paragraph. A misplaced letter or even punctuation in the wrong position can totally alter your message. If you want to be effective, you have to not only make it easy to understand, but you also have to make sure that they get the message right.
4- Keep the guessing game out of your material. Again, the rule of thumb is to make it easy for your target audience to understand your message. Don’t give them a puzzle to solve or a message to decipher. Be direct with what you want to say to them. And you will get more positive response from your effort.
