Today, you may hear the term private label rights and even know that many internet marketers are using these private label rights to make huge incomes, but you are still wondering what these products are and how they can benefit you.

Private label rights on any product such as software, scripts, or even articles are products in which the person that receives the items free or through purchase receives certain rights. The rights that are received with private label rights products include changing as much as you desire on the product. 

Some of the most common changes include changing the title of the product, changing the name of the product, you will be able to put your name as the creator or writer of the product, you can change the appearance such as the cover of an e-book, you will be able to change any links in the product to your own links including affiliate links, you have the right to add to or take away from the product any content, you will be able to change the sales pitch that goes along with the product, and you will be able to charge the amount you desire for the product. 

Now, that you see what private label rights really are you are more than likely wondering what the difference is between private label rights and resell rights. The major difference is that with resell rights you do not have any rights or permission to change the product in any way. You are only receiving the rights to sell the product. You cannot add your name as the creator; change the title, etc... The product must stay intact as is when you purchased it or received it free in a giveaway.

With both private label rights products and resell rights products, you can sale the items for whatever you choose and keep 100% of the profits.

The major reason most marketers prefer to use private label rights products is that they can add their name to the digital product. This allows them to have more creditability. If you are just selling someone else’s product, you may be considered more of an affiliate than an authority on any subject. On the other hand, if you choose private label rights products that are in your niche or favorite subject you will be able to add your own thoughts or change things you may not agree with found in the product. Once you add your name to the product, others will begin to see you an expert in the field. Once you are considered an expert, more people will flock to your website to purchase your products. This will mean more profits for you in the future.

Another great reason for using private label rights products is that you do not have to spend the time in creating your own works. All you have to do is change things you desire. Of course, if you wish to make the product a bit more personal you can always add to the product or change any parts you desire.
