(3) Legality - The jury has been out on this one for many years, but nobody could cite even one instance where a US citizen has been successfully prosecuted for being a gambler. Many a local bookie has been busted for illegal activity, but the individual gambler himself/herself appears to be almost immune to prosecution, as do the legitimate offshore entities offering the services.

(4) Availability - Online and offshore telephone wagering is available 24/7, 365 days a year. The only other place you can find that much accessibility is Las Vegas.

(5) Security - When you deal with a quality offshore organization that has been around for many years, your money is safe. Your cash deposits and any winnings are always YOUR money and you can normally withdraw at will unless you've agreed to other stipulations upon depositing.
