we all know how hard it is to get on page 1 of google or any other search engine, the key is to receive high volume of traffic to your site to move up in the rankings.. google works on how popular your site is and how many visitors you receive, how much relevent information you have on one paticular topic.
of course you can get on page 1 if you use adwords but this can work out very expensive, you would need a large bank balance to receive any sales..
