Finding Your Keys Is No Longer A Problem, But What About Everything Else

By my friend’s kitchen door, there is a hook. If you need to move her car, you always know where to find the keys.

I’ve got a bowl, where I toss my keys, coins and other miscellaneous bits of the world that follow me home. There are plenty of jokes about losing your keys but honestly, most of us have a home for our keys.

It’s the other ten thousand things that we can’t find.

If only I had a hook for each of those other ten thousand things. I could reach out, at any given moment and snag my birth certificate, passport or homeowner’s insurance policy. It should be so easy to grab the manual for my new stove, so I could finally change the time, but it just isn’t that easy.

Sure I’ve got a file cabinet. It’s a far stretch to move from knowing that it is in there “somewhere” to actually being able to put my hand on the item. That’s why I can imagine ten thousand hooks working so well. I’d be able to see exactly where something is located.

What I really wanted was a filing system that works on that same premise.  A system that lets me quickly see where something is located. That’s when I discovered The File Harmonic. This amazing online program helps you create a database for your own home filing cabinet.

In a world where Google is now a verb, it matches the way I think. I can now find anything I want in my file cabinet by typing a keyword into the search line on my database in The File Harmonic. Type in “birth certificate,” it tells me in which file to look. Amazing.

The File Harmonic offers a 30-day free trial so anyone can get started easily setting up a keyword database for their own files. This simple, easy to use system provides an efficient way to get control of your file folders and filing cabinets.  The File Harmonic also has versions that work well for small businesses or corporations.

Here’s how it works. Type in the name of your folder and The File Harmonic will assign a number for you to place on your folder. You’ll enter any keywords, notes or descriptions you want in the database. Months or years later, when you wish to find that item again, you simple search for the keyword and it will tell you in what file folder it is located.

Don’t waste any more time hunting for things that you know you have, but you don’t know where you have them. Use The File Harmonic to finally have an organized filing system.

Having a database online is certainly better looking than those ten thousand hooks I was imagining on the wall of my home office!

You're invited to test drive The File Harmonic with a Free 30-Day Trial to see how easily and effortlessly organization can be with this system.  Go to http://www.TheFileHarmonic.com and click on 'Getting Started' to begin your free trial.

The File Harmonic system was first created in 1986 by Bryan J. Pulliam of Wichita, KS. He has since then used the system continuously for control and management of massive amounts of paperwork and physical objects, both in his personal life and his multiple companies. Whenever asked for the keys of his business success, Bryan readily identifies three things as being the three most valuable and influential elements of his career. This filing system, and the calming peace it generates, is one of those three. For 24 years Bryan wanted to bring his system to market, on a sincere belief that its availability would improve and relax others’ lives, as well. At last, in 2009, The File Harmonic was developed as an Internet product and brought to life by Wirewaves, LLC. The File Harmonic is privately owned by Bryan Pulliam, and managed by Wirewaves, LLC. Wirewaves specializes in developing and managing online products, bringing people’s ideas and dreams to reality, and in creating and operating specialized branded marketing radio streams for web sites.
