Outsourcing to the Philippines Growth Amid No-Growth Times

In the height of the industrial crisis, outsourcing industry commentators, analysts, and service providers projected a lift in outsourcing and offshoring activity ; and with excellent reason. An offshore employee can be employed 24/7 for the equivalent of barely a living wage in Western states. The difference was simply too great to blank and the world outsourcing market became covered with large BPO buyers that were willing to sacrifice a little bit of quality ( arguably ) for the cheap offers that so many service providers flaunted. However [*COMMA] almost a year since the start of the crisis, the world outsourcing and offshoring industry does not seem to be growing any quicker than gurus anticipated.
