* Washing Hands: Teach your toddler to wash hands frequently, this way, he or she will learn how to remain clean. Make them learn to wash hands before meals and after coming out from washrooms. Also, teach them to use hand sanitizer for proper cleaning.
* Hygiene: Last but not the least, your toddler’s health also depends on the hygiene you provide him or her with. Make sure to clip your toddler’s nails. Not only this, make your toddler wears clean clothes and shoes which are crucial to keep him or her at bay from germs.
Remember, there are two ways of keeping your toddler healthy and they are by ensuring proper cleanliness and by eliminating reasons of making them sick. Once you know how to tackle these two factors, you can easily keep your toddler healthy, fit and fine.
