Parent or Entrepreneur?

Since the early 1990s, the childcare market has been changing rapidly due in no short part to the governments ever evolving National Childcare Strategy.  Lifestyle changes have lead to the provision of full daycare and after school care clubs and parents are left with an immense array of early years’ care options.  But how do parents decide what is best for their child?
