Rock-A-Bye Baby or Tiny Tantrum - A Fisher Price Papasan Cradle Swing Can Make the Difference

Also known as a mamasan, a Papasan chair is a round, bowl shape seat that has adjustable angles. While papasan chairs have been in America from around the 50's, it wasn't until the 70's that they really became popular. Inspired by the comfort of the Papasan, Fisher Price bring us the Fisher Price Papasan for babies, a comfort zone like no other.

A good friend swears by her Fisher Price papasan cradle swing. She was having big troubles getting her second child to sleep for more than a few minutes at a time until another friend loaned her the Fisher Price papasan cradle swing that her daughter had grown out of. It was a miracle, the baby loved it and she was able to unload the dishwasher and other little jobs around the home while her baby was safe and happy in its swinging cradle.

As well as sending your little one to sleep the Fisher Price Papasan is also an entertainment center for your child, keeping them calm and developing their senses. The bowl shaped seat that is safely suspended from a canopy, is super comfortable with support for baby's head . The Fisher Price papasan cradle has 6 speed settings and can be swung either front to back or side to side. There are also eight different songs that can be played to entertain your baby and stimulate their auditory senses, and a further eight lullabies for when it's time to sleep.

My friend loved the light feature which displays a revolving light show on the canopy, she found it helped him to drift off to sleep. The spinning mobile with sounds was a visual treat for him when he was wide awake in the chair.

If like me, you are very safety conscious when it comes to anything to do with children, you can be reassured that when I checked into the safety aspects of the Fisher Price Papasan, it scored very highly. Fisher Price rigorously test all their products in real life situations in real homes by real moms and babies as well as being tested by the safety and quality standard engineers at the testing lab in East Aurora, NY. Apparently they even invent devices to turn the switches on and off and pull at anything a baby might grab, thousands of times, so they can be sure it will withstand the rigors of everyday use.

For sweet dreams and happy baby, could Fisher Price Papasan be the answer to your prayers?

In modern Britain when parents are expecting a baby it is quite natural and almost expected that parents will attend anti-natal courses to prepare them for the birth and maybe the first 6 months of their child’s life. Somehow however there is still a feeling in modern society that once you are through this initial stage of your child’s life the rest come naturally and that parenting is an instinctive skill that we should all have.

The Disney-owned baby Einstein product seems to have taught most infants only how to watch television. But there is an alternative that uses audio as a "passive learning system", absorbed at the child's own speed, while still allowing critical interaction with parents or caregivers at the same time. Music is…MATH! does just that.

As a company, AMG was formed in Germany in 1967 by two engineers that had previously worked for Mercedes, in order to produce racing engines. Their early days were spent on new engine design and then testing of these designs. Noticing a niche for limited edition, bespoke autos, they broadened their output to include selling 'souped' up road cars, based on the Mercedes chassis.
