Paul Napoli Helping the Community

Some people think that lawyers are only interested in money. Paul Napoli however does many things that are not merely monetarily motivated. For one thing, he helps aid people involved in product liability suits. He also helps September 11th victims. Those people are sometimes over looked or turned away by other lawyers. Another thing he does is to give money and aid to his former schools.

Irresponsible drug companies injure so many people. Paul Napoli is there working to make sure that these people are properly represented and getting proper compensation. Sometimes drug companies release a drug that is actually very harmful. Some drugs can cause birth defects or even death. Sometimes the problem is not even the drug itself. People have been injured in the past by drugs that while passing through the assembly line then picked up bits of metal. The assembly line’s machinery simply wore down over time and the bits of metal off of that got into the pills as they passed through. Paul Napoli is there to represent people who have been injured by drug companies.

One of the most noteworthy actions that Paul Napoli has taken is to have found and represented so many victims from September 11th. There are so many people that were injured on that day and so many who were injured in the clean up. The victims of this tragedy range from people who caught in the buildings, to people that were merely in the area, and even the people that rushed in to help. It is truly tragic just how many people who were there to help also got hurt themselves. There are so many policemen, EMT’s and firemen that were injured that day, not by a blast or the buildings coming down, but by all of the toxic substances in the air. Anyone who was around that toxic dust may have been exposed to chemicals that can cause respiratory disease or even cancer. Paul Napoli strives to make sure that any victims of September 11th get compensation for their pain.

Paul Napoli does not just help the community by doing his trade, he also gives a lot back to his former college, St. John’s University School of Law. He is even on the Benefactors Council. He set up a scholarship for the students and also renovated a lecture hall. Both of these things help the students immensely. The scholarship helps students in so many ways. For some it can mean going to school versus not being able to afford it. For others it is essential money that lets them buy food or books. The lecture hall he helped to renovate helps the students have a clean and comfortable place to learn but also it helps the community to have a place for guest speakers.
