Dog Trainer
The Cesky Terrier is a small terrier type dog originating in Czechoslovakia.
The Cesky Terrier is a small but strong built, rectangular terrier with short legs, drop-ears, long coat and a big heart. They are muscular dogs, slightly longer than they are tall.
Its height is 10-12.5inches and weighs around 13-22pounds. Life Expectancy is 12-15 years.
They are found in two basic colors either blue-gray or light coffee-brown.
The Cesky Terrier has a long head, bushy beard, mustache and eyebrows. The body is solid, but not heavy.
The Cesky Terrier is not an aggressive dog. It is good mannered dog and seeks to please its owner. It gets along well with each family member, including other dogs for sale in the household. Its companionship extends to children in the family. However, very young children should not be left alone with the Cesky Terrier.
They are good watch dogs & alert the family if it sniffs some stranger or if he gets suspicious. He likes to play with children and likes to be with the family if left alone they can get bored. Mild training sessions are required as they don’t respond well to harsh dog training and behaviour.
Cesky Terrior is a happy dog with all traits of socializing and a very good companion and intelligent. He will always obey his owner. Ass they were initially used as hunters they a have excellent guarding ability.
It is a healthy breed with no major health issues.
They require very little grooming. Their hair should be trimmed regularly.
It is ideal for apartment as this dog is very energetic indoor and require mild walk & exercise.
