To know if your dog has any worm infection, check if the dog have been stooling constantly, vomitting or has lost weight.

Where do The Worms Come From?

These worms that infest the dog comes from different sources. The most common way your dog can get worms is through the stool, if another animal with the worm infection passes stool, if the dog eats this, it will be transfered to the dog. Another way is through the bite of fleas, because fleas consume the eggs of tapeworms; this then leads to the infestation of tapeworms in dogs. Also, roudworms are transmitted to puppies during the birth process of the female dog.

How To Know If There are Worms In Your Dog

It is not an easy task to identify the presence of these intestinal parasites in your dog, but the best way is the diagnosis of a Vet doctor, especially if you begin to notice some symptoms of the existence of worms. A test will be conducted to certify the actual infestation of worms in your dog.
