There are many people in this world that own at least one dog, and the wonderful thing about owning a dog is that they become part of the family. But not every dog is well behaved in the house or in open public spaces.
It is so important especially if you get a puppy to train him in the correct way, so that he realises right from wrong straight away. If you give your dog an inch I guarantee he will take a mile and more. Like all new puppies one of the biggest problems is Puppy toilet training them. From a personal view this can be one of the most stressful things to contend with.
If you live in a nice house and this is your first puppy, just imagine coming home or getting up in the middle of the night to find out that your puppy has gone to toilet in the house not just once but many times. Trust me you will be looking up to the heavens thinking what I have done getting a puppy.
If you can think of some of the most stressful things in life which could easily send your blood pressure soaring:
1. Moving house
2. Getting married
3. Getting divorced
4. Getting ready to go on holiday
5. Buying a PUPPY!
They may have the most adorable faces, but believe me underneath that exterior is a little devil ready to get out and make your life hell. You can save yourself a lot of heartache just by training your puppy from the outset and believe me just spending a few hours per week just getting the basics right will put you on the right track to having a fantastic relationship with your puppy.
