Dictionary defines emotion as

A mental state that arises spontaenously rather than through conscious efforts and is often accompanied by psychological changes.

Human being is an emotional being.Basically emotions are not limited only to us but some lesser evolved forms af life also exhibit some emotions like joy,sadness,love,pain etc. It's just a state of mind in which definite feeling arises.Infact life is expressed in a series of emotions.They can be expressed by different facial gestures,body movements.Research shows that people categorised efmotion faces in a similiar way across cultures that similiar facial expressions to occur in response to particular emotion elicting events and that people produce simulationhs of emotional faces that are characteristic of each specific emotion.

Emotions part us from the truth of matter.Like we are not able to focus to try and understand situation but simply get lured by it.In emotional state there is shift in perception and attention,goals,change in imformation gatherig processes,communication process changes.

HAPPINESS:Happy emotions are easily recognisesd and are related to enjoyment

pleasure ,success,fulfilment.It can be expressed as a smile ,laughter or tears

ANGER:Anger is a state of mind in response to person's irritation over a definite object,person or situation.It happens a very short period of time but if not controlled can poison relationships,destroys empires

FEAR:Fear is a human emotion in response to negative stimulus.Every human being on this earth is bound to some extend by one or more unseen fears .

LOVE:Love is an emotion related to the sense of affection and attraction.This emotion has it's ownbeauty when it extends to all forms of life.It is a pure feeling devoid of attachment.

PATIENCE:"All things come to him who waits -provided he knows what he is waiting for".

 Patience is all about persistently putting in honest efforts in your field of endaevour undtil you make it possible .It's all about learning from your failures and never repeating them.
