Good Tips to Making Better Photography

Having years of experience is by no means a guaranteed ways of taking that photograph you have always dreamt of so also is you not having the latest and up to date camera. However though taking that good photograph might be considered not a hard work yet there are some certain tips to follow if you want that pictures of yours to come out looking good.

First tip-don't be shy using all the space

If you want to take the picture of any object, there is nothing wrong when you take up the whole shot with no or very little background available or showing.dont get scared using all the space in your photo.dont get distracted when taking your shots.

Second tip Understand the form/shape

When trying to take photograph of any object, try to see the shape and form of the object and find the best angle to take the photograph from. this is one of the most important secret of taking good photograph.

Third tip-motion in your photos

When photographing a still object, it is unwise to take pictures when you are on motion If there is something moving you while you are trying to photograph a stationery object, your photo won't turn out anywhere near as well Also avoid putting a horizon line in the center of your frame.

Fourth tip- move closer to your subject

Not getting closer to your subject when taking photographs, this is one of the grave mistake most photographers make. when you close the gap between you and the subject you are already creating a good picture. . You can always reshape and resize a good shot but you can't continue to blowup a distant object.

Fifth tip - contrast the colors

take one great shot with just a color on your subject, contrasting the colors in a shot is what makes you a great photographer.

Sixth tip - take fantastic night time shots

If done right Night time shots can be fantastic, almost magical....! If not they can look horrible. Without adequate lighting, even good camera's can turn out crappy photos if the photographer doesn't know what he or she is doing. And this can really make the photograph come out really horrible.

Seventh tip - Shutter lag
When you are in an action scene and you want to take shots with your digital camera this can prove very difficult due to shutter lags. What this means is, when you press the button to take the photo, it can take up to a second for the shutter to take a photo, by that time what you were photographing would have moved or changed position This means you have to compensate for shutter lag by predicting what your subject is going to do and taking the photo just before it takes the action you want. More expensive digital cameras don't have this problem.

Eight tip - understand the Manual

If your digital camera has a special night time mode, read the manual and follow their instructions on how to use it properly.

Practice this simple tips and be sure to make your pictures come out looking great
