Let Every Vote Count!

The Democratic mantra from 2000 when Bush stole the election in Florida was "Let every vote count!" Every single vote should count- EVERY ONE! But now that Hillary is on the losing end of the pledged delegate and popular vote, forget that crap! Let the super delegates reign supreme. Let the back room politicians install the old hacks (yes, that would be Hillary) and forget about the will of the people. The new mantra is "Let every super delegate vote count" and to hell with what the people want!

Primaries are irrevelant and they don't matter. Only the professionals know who is best for America and that is Hill & Bill. They are entitled to continue the Clinton dynasty- to even out the Bush dynasty. Besides, we all know we can't rust the electorate to do what's right! Bill knows! Hill knows! You can trust Bubba.

I don't know about you, but I say ANYONE but more of the SAME (and that includes McCain).

So, that means we have two choices. Barack Obama or Michael Bloomberg third party run.

Or, could it even be Bloomberg-Obama if a backroom deal is really in the works? Or something beyond what we now see. America is truly ready for CHANGE and neither McCain nor Hillary represent any change- other than name and more of the same (policies). And I simply see NO WAY that there will be a Hillary-Obama ticket. Obama is much smarter than that, which means there'll be no Obama-Hillary ticket. Those that hope for either are dreaming the impossible dream.

Regardless of what happens, you can rest assured that the Democrats will be forced to revisit their "undemocratic" super delegate lunacy that puts the fate of the political nominee in the hands of not just political hacks, but twenty-one year old students who have never voted in a presidential election. If every vote is to count, let it be of the people, by and for the people, not the insiders. Or, dissolve the primaries and just let the party leaders make the decision for us.

By: tons-o-fun | 01-09-2008
It is claimed that Obama received a magna cum laude from Harvard Law School; well, saying a thing is so doesn't make it so. Is there any verification from Harvard Law school? All I have so far is hearsay. If any of you know a lawyer who graduated with Obama, I'm sure his academic honors would have been noted in the graduation program. It would be bizzar if Obama claimed to be an MCL grad. from HLS if he were not, but nothing about him is straight forward.

My Great Disappointment Has Ended
By: 104inc.com | 06/10/2008
Last week was the vice-presidential debate and neither of the candidates made any major blunders. You just have to wonder how many of the people who tuned into the debate were waiting for either candidate to screw up. This totally ruined my fun for the evening. I was hoping for one of the funnier sitcoms of the year.
