Men have basically three needs namely food, clothes and shelter. The fourth need may be the curiosity of news.Almost all the news are imparted by means of the media or mass communications. The Oxford Advanced Learner's Dictionary defines the word 'mass communication' as 'means (esp newspapers, radio,TV)of imparting information to influencing the ideas of enormous number of people'.
In politcs, media is the most effective method and plays the most important role.Though some regimes attempt to administer the news and to persuade their ideas to the people,no body or no organization can control the media.Reliability
of information is decided by one's intelligence that judges whether the news-station is dependable or not.
The flow of information travels mostly by
means of internet and phones. In order to prevent from sending anti-government news, some authorities use to block the internet and some phone lines. The UN Communication Chief said that internet-using is the baic human right.Because of
the developments of digital and information technologies, people can be correspondents even if
they have a digital camera or mobile phone each.
