Professor Henry Gates case is a police state senario or 1984

Henry gates was victim of a policeman stupidly,and a higher political problem I myself white can attest to .One night I was driving near a road towards Pittsburgh I was stop by two city Policeman by that area and told to step out of the car.

 I was very calm at the time,and told to do some DUI exercises putting my finger on my nose and so on but the officers did not come out and say they were doing  DUI testing.The officers said my eyes were watering.

 I said that I drink an coco cola classic before going on the road,instead of a diet coke before driving sugar sometimes makes my eyes water,but I will take a breath test to prove I am not drinking.That's okay the officers went back into there car and drove off.

The next day at Barns and nobles I read a book about being calm when talking to the police,because when you meet a police you have no freedom at all.Therefore the Cop is in charge if you are rude and agreeing you looking to spend an night in jail. It could be over something simple like receiving an ticket.

I feel that all policeman should have crimnial justice training at an community college for 2years before being on a street beat learning subjects like social science programs and Human relation courses before dealing with people.

Therefore in the case of Henry Gates trying to open his door and being called in by the cops,They should of ask Henry to  pull out his license to the question of his identity first apparently he was dressed very well and did not look like an  Mugger breaking into house.

Yes the officer said Henry was pretty pisst off I would be too I heard that Gates was preaching  the Bill of rights to the officer, and Gates was right in defending himself he was immediately cuffed and sent down town and Finger printed this is not a black problem it is an white problem also it is part of an police state that coexist and should be amended

.President Obama needed the Beer summit to clear the air,of what is happening in racial relations in this day and age, and maybe afraid of a racial riot over this incident. Like I said it is more of police state issue that involves whites as well.
