To What Limit Palestinians Must Change Mindset..!

I have just previewed David Singer article on: Palestinians Must Change Mindset..! In which he is calling for Mr. Abbas - the head of the PLO and the Palestinian Authority - to immediately call a meeting of the Palestinian National Council to amend or repeal the following offensive and belligerent provisions of the PLO Charter - which totally contradict the “two- state solution“ to which the Quartet is so inextricably tied and make a mockery of any “peace process“ to be undertaken by Mr Blair, (As David Says):

 We believe it is too early for such changes, and if there would be any change, it must  coincide with similar changes from the Israeli's side.

 Article 1:“Palestine is the homeland of the Arab Palestinian people.”

 There is no need to be amended this to state it is also the homeland of the Jewish people. Such amendment could be possible only after Israeli's accept that, which means the return of the Palestinian refugees to their homes and lands, it is also. What does a “two-state” solution otherwise mean? In addition, Israelis pretend that it is the homeland for all Jewish, thus should the Palestinians say it is the Home land for all the Moslems..!

 Article 2:“Palestine with the boundaries it had during the British Mandate is an indivisible territorial unit.”

 British Mandatory Palestine comprised Jordan, Israel, the West Bank and Gaza. This clause must be repealed. It is a total denial of the “two state solution”, as David stated,

"A two state resolution would be accepted only after the Israeli's accept it, return all the occupied territories other than assigned by the UN resolution No. 242., in addition, the return of the Palestinians to their homelands,  a clear disclosure from the Israeli's on their responsibility for all the damages, harms and Diaspora conflicts, with special compensation for the damages caused by the Israelis. "

 Article 9:“Armed struggle is the only way to liberate Palestine”

 If this is allowed to stand, the Quartet and Mr. Blair may as well go and fly kites now, David Say,

"This could be changed only after the establishments of the Palestinian Sate, within the UN 242 resolution."

 Article 10: “Commando action constitutes the nucleus of the Palestinian popular liberation war”

 How does this type of officially sanctioned conduct gel with a peace process ? David wondering,

 "This could be changed only after the establishments of the Palestinian Sate, within the UN 242 resolution."

 Article 15: “The liberation of Palestine … aims at the elimination of Zionism in Palestine”

 David says: This is totally incompatible with the “two state solution” and must be repealed now.

 "This could be changed only after the establishments of the Palestinian Sate, within the UN 242 resolution, and after stopping the Zionist's Nazism action of the Israel, giving all the Arab Israeli's the same human and civil rights as those given to the Israeli's Jews, and giving them back all the lands seized by the Israeli's ", then the area is not in need for a new Zionism Nazism.

 Article 19: "The partition of Palestine in 1947 and the establishment of the state of Israel are entirely illegal, regardless of the passage of time”

 David argues: How does this permit a “two-state” solution to ever be negotiated?

 "This could be changed only after the establishments of the Palestinian Sate, within the UN 242 resolution, and after stopping the Zionist's Nazism action of the Israel, giving all the Arab Israeli's the same human and civil rights as those given to the Israeli's Jews, and giving them back all the lands seized by the Israeli's "

 Article 20: “The Balfour Declaration, the Mandate for Palestine and everything that has been based on them, are deemed null and void.”

 Here David argues, It is: " Total disregard for international law and the rule of law including Security Council Resolution 242 have no place in negotiations being conducted by the Quartet. If Mr Blair wants his authority to be respected and treated seriously, this clause must go.

 This is the basic core of the conflict, "This could be changed only after the establishments of the Palestinian Sate, within the UN 242 resolution, and after stopping the Zionist's Nazism action of the Israel, giving all the Arab Israeli's the same human and civil rights as those given to the Israeli's Jews, and giving them back all the lands seized by the Israeli's, and after clear disclosure of the British Government on its responsibility for all the Harms of the Palestinians. "

 David argues: “Claims of historical or religious ties of Jews with Palestine are incompatible with the facts of history ..”

 Also, the Palestinians have the same facts, and the clear fact is that the  Jewish Originally came from Egypt, then it is worthy to go and live in Egypt as slaves, according to their historical ties.

 David added: Offensive - not only for Jews - but for Christians as well. These ideas need to be erased.

 “Judaism, being a religion, is not an independent nationality. Nor do Jews constitute a single nation with an identity of its own;

 David added: Letting this stand makes the two state solution impossible to attain.

 I say, the two-state is not the aim, it is a mean for peace, two state is not necessary, it might be one state, If two state is impossible, lets make it one state, for both nations. In addition the actions of the Israeli's Nazism are making the two state solution impossible. Palestinians may change that  text after removing all the settlements, giving back all the land to the Palestinian according to the 242 resolution.

 David stated that: Article 22: Displays a racist and anti-Semitic state of mind and attitude totally inimical to any peaceful resolution and must be expunged entirely.

 Okay, I agree with you, but lets start with the Israeli side, " The Middle East is not in need for new Nazism regimes, and the Israeli's has gotten 60 years until now, but they have been never be familiarized with the Middle East, Thus I believe it is better to place them in any other place near New York..?  Because their action until now, shows they are not willing to live in peace in Palestine..

 At the end, if any changes requested from the Palestinians, same changes must be requested from the other part, same rights will be given to the Palestinians, as those given to the Jewish. Even more, Palestinians might claim that Palestine is the homeland for all Palestinians, and even the Moslems, then if we would apply the Israeli's Nazism procedures, they all need to immigrate to Palestine, and need to expand…their territories..?  Just as the Israel's Nazi doing.

 A peace only could be reached by a desire to live in peace, this means to act towards this goal, Israelis until now surfing against this destination, if they need to live in peace, they need to start change their laws, regulation and constitution and acts, similar steps may be changed in the Palestinian's side.

 Please note any unfair resolution will not bring the peace to the area, but will bring Israel to a end for sure."

 Accordingly, if the Israeli's want to live in peace, the road is clear, if they want to destroy their dreams, also the road is clear.
