Suppose you have a website that's selling products targeted at a niche audience. The conversion rate may be as high as it can get. But the fact remains, my dear friend, that however high the conversion rate may be, there is always the room for the extra dough coming your way with the same number of visitors to your website-- Google Adsense, right since it started in 2003, has triggered off a revolution in the world of web publishing. It has provided website owners all over the world an additional stream of income-- what the heck, for many, it has in fact gone on to become the primary source of livelihood.

Adsense is, in fact, monetization of clicks. What the technology does is to analyse the text, the content on your website, and places ads relevant to the text therein, next to the content on your website. The very fact that the ads appearing through Google Adsense are related to the content of your website, makes the probability of the visitor clicking on the ad quite high-- the ads may point to what the visitor is actually looking for, or may be particularly interested in. The ads are thus highly targeted. Revenue is generated from the ads thereafter, and this revenue is shared with the website owners.

It's a fact-- A large number of the visitors to the websites are just "checking it out", and buying anything from the links pointing to your website may be a thought occupying not even the remote corners of their mind. With Google Adsense, you get paid every time someone clicks on one of its links on your site. The program is 100% free for you to join. So, top up the revenue from your website through Google Adsense!

With Adsense, you could make money by roping in those who are not buying anything from your site, the window-shoppers, that is.
