Early Pregnancy Signs and Symptoms: Detect Pregnancy by yourself

These pregnancy signs and symptoms are signals that be sent by your body to give you aware of the impregnation and growing of baby inside your worm. There are a lot of ways that your body tell sends you signals as its responses to drastic hormonal alterations occurring inside your body. These responses include significant alterations in both physical and mental health.

Common early Pregnancy Signs and Symptoms

• Morning sickness

Morning sickness is commonly occur between the fourth and eighth week during pregnancy, a lot of women get this symptom beginning about two weeks from their date of conception.

Morning sickness is a misnomer because it can be happen at anytime. The most common causes of this symptom seem to be the rapid increased of estrogen, produced from the placenta and fetus. Another cause for nausea is smells.

The common foods that can induce morning sickness are spicy foods, coffee, meat, and dairy products. However, it is important to know that anything can induce nausea and/ or vomiting during pregnancy.

• Breast Tenderness

One of the early noticeable signs of pregnancy is swollen and tender breasts. You may detect this sign at bedtime, when getting dressed, when showering or exercising. When you begin pregnant, your body start preparing your breasts for producing breast milk. The nipples may feel tender or more sensitive. A lot of women detect that their nipples getting darken in color.

• Light bleeding and/or cramping

The common cause of the faint bleeding while early pregnancy is implantation. Implantation bleeding happens while the embryo embeds itself in the uterine wall and usually happens 10 to 14 days after conception. Bleeding induced by implantation is very faint. The only sign you could detect that shows implantation has happened is a minor spot of blood appeared on your panties.

Cramping pain that is like to menstrual cramps happens early on pregnancy and occurs when the uterus starts to enlarge to build room for the embryo to grow into a fetus.

• Missed menstrual period

One of the very early pregnancy sign and symptoms is missing of menstrual period. For some women, missed menstrual period is the first sign to that they are pregnant, especially with the women that have regular menstrual period.

• Increased urination

Increased urination occurs due to the increasing in blood and other body fluids, processed by the kidneys and finishes up in the bladder. This symptoms will most likely only worsen when your pregnancy progresses.

The symptoms of pregnancy are not the same for every pregnancy woman. Pregnancy symptoms may vary in their duration, frequency and intensity. Some women get a lot of signs and symptoms, while others get few.
