This way, you would produce less level of prolactin in your body resulting in decreasing the problems of pregnancy. The best way is to stretch the time gap between feedings both during day and night. This would help you to overcome this problem but timing is the key to this method.
You can get pregnant while breastfeeding once your menstruation begins as it would chart your menstruation begins regularly. You can refer to various calendars, kits or charts available to assist you in understanding days for conception. For a breastfeeding woman, it is very important to undestand that the ovulation is unpredictable.
It is very important to create your family the way you and your partner desires. However, it is advised to be patient if you get pregnant while breastfeeding.
