I'm Julie, mum of two beautiful but very demanding kids! After trying for 3 years to get pregnant with my first child, and then knowing nothing about babies when he did come along. I picked up loads of great advice along the way. I have created my web site to help ease women naturally into motherhood. So grab a cuppa and take a look around my site, dedicated to all the mothers of the world, new and not so new! Motherhood is a joyous occasion, make it the best time in your life!
If you're suffering from morning sickness then you have my every sympathy. After sailing through my first pregnancy with no nausea at all. My second pregnancy was a total shock, and living nightmare. If I had known what I know now, it might have been an awful lot better.
Some experts believe that morning sickness is caused by hormones that keep your baby growing. Then you have more hormones that keep your muscles soft and stop you from going into labor too early. All these extra hormones are bound to play havoc with your body. Estrogen (another hormone!) can heighten your sense of smell, and make smells that you hate ten times stronger. Even some smells that you love can become a tad unbearable when it's so strong.
Whatever the cause of this daily problem (because no two experts can agree, and no-one is really sure) One thing that you can be sure of is that it makes you feel just terrible. I was lucky in one respect that I just 'felt sick' I fortunately didn't get to the stage where I was hanging over the toilet morning. But I have had friends that have suffered terribly.
You may start to dread going to bed, because you know that when you wake, it will start all over again. So what can you really do to ease, if not totally cure this gut wrenching problem.
Preventing morning sickness - Prevention is better than cure!
So they say anyway! But it's certainly worth a try.
There are more remedies for morning sickness available now than when I was carrying my children. Any one of these remedies could work for you. So have a read and try some out... By: Watson Fru N | 06/12/2009Over the last three centuries, Western medicine has become successful at “knowing the body” through empirical discoveries and technological breakthroughs. How To Increase Male Fertility - Male Fertility Issues
By: Watson Fru N | 06/12/2009According to the American Society of Reproductive Medicine, one third of infertility cases are due to male factor infertility like ogliospermia (low sperm count) and azoospermia (no sperm present in semen). By: Watson Fru N | 06/12/2009One of the most overlooked roadblocks to conceiving is psychological stress. Male fertility is affected by stress as well. Although studies have not examined the effect of stress on sperm production and sperm count, it is known that impotence and difficulty ejaculating can be caused by emotional distress.
