As soon as you get a positive result from the OPK, stop taking the Robitussin. 

- Do not have sexual intercourse every day. You will make yourself tired and sore, and will dry out your cervical mucous. You will also not give your partner's sperm enough time to build back up by releasing it too often. Instead, have sex every OTHER day, until you get a positive result on your OPK - then you should have sex for 3 straight days just in case. The sperm should already be in your body by the time the egg is released for optimal chances of conception;

- At the risk of sounding ridiculous, try staying flat on your back for a few minutes after sex. This will prevent gravity from drawing the semen away from your cervix. Try even putting a pillow under your hips.
